One of the largest events of its kind in London with over 50 artists’ studios open to the public.
The Chocolate Factory is a hub of artists, a collective of creative talent producing a wide range of modern art and design in varying forms. Open Studios is an opportunity for all sectors of the creative community to come and experiment, explore and be inspired by an amazing array of art forms live in the artists’ studio.
This eclectic and interactive exhibition offers a huge selection of contemporary art and design from leading practitioners in their fields. This includes graduates from the Royal College of Art as well as up and coming artists and internationally acclaimed painters, sculptors, photographers and designer-makers.
Open Studios 2007 offers a rare chance for members of the public and key players in the art world to visit artists and designers, exhibiting and selling direct from their studios. You can meet leading artists and designers, spot new talent, buy original artwork, commission a piece of art for your home or get your portrait painted. Come and purchase affordable art and contemporary design as featured in Elle Decoration and World of Interiors magazine or simply come and indulge your senses in a visual feast of creativity.
