General Overview
All personal information supplied via the Chocolate Factory Artists website, either that via email or electronic forms will not be used for any other purpose other than specified. Personal information supplied via the newsletter subscription will be used to access and quantify its 'subscriber's, allow Chocolate Factory Artists’ to send relevant information to the subscriber and determine its effectiveness of the services. No personal information will be passed onto any other organisation and the subscribers will only receive correspondence from Chocolate Factory Artists’ about Artists Exhibitions, Studio Spaces & Karamel Club events, services and activities unless receipt of third party information was requested.
Artists Information
Any material, information or other communication that artists’ transmit or post to the Chocolate Factory website (other than their personal information) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless we are advised to the contrary. Artists are accordingly requested not to post confidential or proprietary information to the Chocolate Factory Artists’ website. All texts and images; whether in full or part displayed in this site are the sole ownership of the Chocolate Factory Artists website & are protected by copyright law and cannot be reproduced without written consent. The Chocolate Factory Artists hold ownership of all original materials unless contractual specifications state otherwise.
Users of this website are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate any law.
Developer Statement
The design, the graphics and the functionalities of the Chocolate Factory Artists’ website are designed & developed by www.jai-online.net and has the sole ownership for the design and coding.
