Available Studios
We invite you to join North Londons leading creative hub at the Chocolate Factory where you can create, work and innovate in an affordable studio space. A wide range of different spaces are available to suit all requirements and are at reasonable rates.
Studios vary in size from 200 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft, many of them are used as shared workspaces and become available from time to time. The list on the right displays currently available studio spaces, if there are no studios listed, please register your details through our Contact page and you will be placed on our waiting list.
By becoming a Chocolate Factory resident artist, you will:
have 23-hour studio access
participate in the annual Open Studios event
network with other talented artists and creative businesses
have limited free car parking
have access to on-site facilities, eg, 2 restaurants, bar/venue, etc
be offered business advice, guidance and support
access networked broadband and telephony services (CF2 only)
Our studios start from £13.50 per sq ft per annum and includes: rent, utilities, service charges, insurance and management costs and excludes: business rates
